At Collagen Theory, we pride ourselves on providing quality products and we hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We offer a 30 days full money back guarantee for unopened, undamaged and intact products. Please contact us on hello@collagentheroy.com for instructions.
How long will my refund take?
Our returns team are not a busy bunch so we aim to process your refund within asap however it may take up to 7-10 working days to arrive your bank.
Exchanges
We are more than happy to swap your products. Please contact us on hello@collagentheroy.com for instructions. If there is a difference in price we will be in touch.
Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders placed before 12 noon on a working day using a 24 or 48 hour service. Parcel delivery delays can occur and this is out of our control. We inform you by email with a tracking number once your order is processed and shipped.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your upcoming subscription orders at any time through your accounts on our website. Please allow ample time for cancellation request, we typically advice a 7 day notice.
