How to use
INSTRUCTIONS: Add 1 scoop (5,000mg) or as much or less as desired to your coffee (Scoop included). Can also be added to smoothies, porridge and you may also use it in your favourite recipes when baking. Not recommended for children, pregnant, lactating women.
