How to use
INSTRUCTIONS: 1 scoop (10,000mg) in a cold or hot drink (200-300ml), stir and drink (Scoop included). Can also be added to smoothies, soup, porridge and you may also use it in your favorite recipes when baking. You can split the dose or take it in one go. Not recommended for children, pregnant, lactating women. Please consult your GP if you are taking any medication or under medical supervision. This product is no substitute for a balanced, varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
